In one sentence: we hold what you send us for as long as answering you needs it, and nobody else gets it.
Who we are
This website belongs to CyPro Ltd, the UK cyber security consultancy that operates AI Governance UK. For any personal data submitted on aigovernanceuk.co.uk, CyPro Ltd acts as the data controller.
What we collect, and what for
When you enquire or book a call, we receive only what the form asked for: your name, work email, company, an optional phone number and whatever you wrote in the message box. We use it to answer you and, if you commission work later, to scope and deliver that work. Nothing you submit is added to a mailing list you did not request, sold, or shared for marketing.
Cookies
Nothing lands in your browser without consent. Where analytics exist they remain disabled until you accept them on the banner, and their sole purpose is showing us which pages serve visitors well and which do not.
Spam protection
The enquiry form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated submissions out. Telling a person from a script involves Turnstile reading technical signals from your visit, your IP address and browser make-up among them. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum sets out how that data is handled.
How long we keep enquiry data
Your enquiry is retained while the conversation, or any engagement that follows from it, remains active. Once neither applies, it is deleted under CyPro Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over the personal data we hold about you. Ask through the contact page and we will respond promptly.
